Context Switching When Doing PCM_OP_PUBLISH_GEN_PAYLOAD Takes Significant Time (Doc ID 3010219.1)

On : version, Subscription Management:

During performance test one noticed high latency in operations like provisioning, adding bundles or modifying bundles. When tracing the different opcodes in the logs it was observed that PCM_OP_PUBLISH_GEN_PAYLOAD takes a significant time switching context:

Provision --  PCM_OP_PUBLISH_GEN_PAYLOAD as context switching is taking significant time.
