Reconcile Standard IDs Between Existing CCB and CCB in Another Instance

We recognize that the CCB standard IDs, such as ACCT_ID and BILL_ID, are randomly numbered when they are assigned.

We have a CCB environment that has been running for several years now. We plan to build CCB as a new instance this time.
For this, is it possible to operate the new CCB environment, to avoid overlaps with the existing CCB environment and standard ID?
