FTP Process Fails With Memory Fault(coredump) and Transfer Rates Are Not Generated (Doc ID 3010451.1)

Last updated on MARCH 26, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)
Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
Modern Risk and Finance (MRF)

On version, when executing FTP Process against full data, Transfer Rates are not generating.

Even while running from command line, against single record, below was received in console output:

Running TP, Process ID: 123456
ID_TYPE = 204
Memory fault(coredump)

TP rule used in process has 207 distinct COND_SYS_ID defined underneath.
After creating similar TP rule and removing all conditional assumptions, it is completing successfully and generating transfer rates as well.

You tested with single conditional assumption using each of the seeded and custom columns individually and FTP engine is working fine.
So issue is not due to using seeded or custom columns in Conditional Assumptions but their large volume.
