Incorrect Budget Amount Calculated (Doc ID 3010476.1)

For certain accounts, Service Agreements linked to same Premise, when the one clicks on the recommended budget it gives incorrect budget amount (same budget), despite the fact that the service agreements have a different Billing History.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Search an Account
  2. Go to Budget -> Budget Plan -> Commercial Budget Plan
  3. Select Recommend Budget
  4. Check SA Billing history for 1st and 3rd SA
  5. First and 3rd SA is showing same recommended budget amount despite having different Billing history
