Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login as CS Analyst

Step 2 : Open Queue managment screen 

Step 3 : Check if the alert count is getting refreshed.

Issue Encountered :

User reported issue with delay of alert counter refreshment on the queue page.

Queue count is not getting refreshed in real time and it is taking 5 min of time.
