Symptoms

User Usage Report not accurate after upgrade from Agile 9.3.5 to 9.3.6

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade Agile PLM from 9.3.5 to 9.3.6
2. Start Agile Application Server 9.3.6
3. Start File Manager Server
4. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
5. Log into Agile PLM Web Client as admin user
6. Execute the Standard Report--> Administrator Reports -> User Usage Report
