'OPADomain Admin Server' Fails With The 'Authentication denied: Boot identity not valid.' Error (When Using The 'Autostart' Scripts). (Doc ID 3013053.1)

Symptoms

1)
OPADomain: the 'autostartopadomain.cmd' AutoStart script fails to start the Admin Server.


2)
Admin Server can be started manually (by running 'startWebLogic.cmd').


3)
C:\opapps54\log\autostartopadomain2.log contains below error:

5. java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: While attempting to resolve the dependencies of weblogic.deployment.DeploymentRegistrationService errors were found
6. java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to perform operation: resolve on weblogic.deployment.DeploymentRegistrationService
