Symptoms
While raising change order in Agile, unwanted redlining information is added in Substitute Part field the change order.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new part in the CAD system and save it to Agile with Item and Design creation enabled.
2. Assign an ECO to the Item.
3. From Web Client, submit ECO
4. Check the Redline BOM information, and see unwanted Redline in the Substitute Part field

Upgrade Agile PLM from 9.3.3 to 9.3.6.
