Documaker 'Client' Install Issues (Doc ID 3013160.1)

Symptoms

In the process of upgrading Documaker from 12.5 to 12.7.1.

Regarding Docupresentment, the customer has both a 'client' and 'server' installation.

There no longer appears to be a separate installation between server and client, so we installed the server installation ...and de-selected 'server' when prompted.

An error message pop-up appeared during the installation that just said "E" ...that was it.

After the installation, there were no files inside the docserv folder.
