FLISR calculated incorrect pickup amps and after feeder amps in a BC fault

There is a BC phase fault on a feeder. The FLISR detected the fault and provided the correct solution, but the event was demoted to manual mode. In the FLSIR report, it was noted that it had been demoted because of '3110: Event demoted for manual execution. At the present state of restoration, Feeder [#### (40075)] does not allow automatic execution.'

It appears that it was demoted to manual because the restoration plan showed a high number of violations.

Expected
The pickup amps shown in the restoration option are incorrect. The tripped breaker pre-trip amps were in the 100's, whereas the pick up amps shown in the restoration options are close to 1300. It is clear that something is wrong with the pickup amplifier calculations.
