OM NOT CALCULATING "SCHEDULE SHIP DATE" CORRECTLY BASED ON SHIPPING CALENDAR IN 11.5.9

A Shipping Calendar was defined along with exceptions (like weekends, holidays, etc.).
This calendar was assigned to a Freight Carrier.Shipment Transit Time was also setup correctly,
then it was tested it and it is working as expected.
However, when the Freight Carrier is used on a sales order, OM scheduling is not calculating the
"Schedule Ship Date" and "Schedule Arrival Date" correctly based on the exceptions in the shipping calendar.
It is needed to have OM calculate the "Schedule Ship Date" and "Schedule Arrival Date" correctly based on
the exceptions in the shipping calendar.
