Decisions Not Appearing For PEP & EDD Alerts (Doc ID 3013981.1)

Symptoms

Unable to see decision on alerts

Steps to Reproduce: Open an alert and take an action or add comments to the alert and click on save and close and open the same alert again

Actual Behavior: alert decisions are not visible when we open the alert 

Expected Behavior: Alert decisions to be populated to take action 

Issue Encountered:

When verified over PMF, the process shows completed 

Changes

 custom Status is created and issue is happening only for custom status
