Symptoms

When attempting to access the Online Help in P6 Professional, the URL leads to a "Page not found" error.

Page Not Found
We're sorry, the page you were looking for does not exist or is no longer available.
We have recorded the error (404) to help us fix the problem. You may wish to try again using one of the tools below.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log-on to P6 Pro.
  2. Go to Enterprise > Projects.
  3. Go to Help > Online Help.
  4. The URL opens to a "Page not found" error.
