Goal
NAV: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) / Supply Chain Plan:
- / Options --> Pick Plan from list and in Constraints tab -
- set Mode - Constrained Without Detailed Scheduling mode
- click button for Enforce Demand Due Dates (EDD)
- / Edit / Preferences / Profiles
- Query and set profiles as follows:
- MSO: Lead Time Control = Do not violate minimum processing times
- MSO: Enforce Planning Time Fence in Day Level Planning = Yes
- /Launch - Pick Plan from List and click Submit
- When completed /Workbench and open plan
- /Items view - query item and check Planning Time Fence Date
- /Supply view - query item and find Planning Order with Suggested Due Date before the Planning Time Fence Date
According to the Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning Implementation and User's Guide description of the profile MSO: Enforce Planning Time Fence in Day Level Planning

Profile option MSO: Enforce Planning Time Fence in Day Level Planning makes the planning time fence a hard constraint for Constrained without detailed scheduling plans
