RMS Does Not Allow the Reclassification of Items with Partially Received PO Line Items (Doc ID 3014945.1)

Section 3 of  <Note 1501883.1> states that items on a partially received order cannot be reclassified. If an attempt is made to reclassify such items, a rejection record will be generated with reason code PARTIAL_RECV_ORD_EXIST. With OTB_SYSTEM_IND set as N and RECLASS_APPR_ORDER_IND set as Y, items that are part of the partially received order will be rejected when the RECLSDLY batch runs during the nightly cycle. Could you please explain the reason behind this rejection? Also, is there a workaround to reclassify such items? Finally, what would be the impact of overriding this check?
