In Trial Bill Portal UI, Characteristic Type Value Is Not Getting Displayed

Symptoms
On RMB v4.0.0.0.0, Trial Bill Zone Not showing Characteristic Value.
We are implementing Trial Billing feature for the business to see draft versions of pending bills.
We find that whenever a Trial bill is generated having any characteristic created on it with some value, the value is not displayed on Trial Bill Portal UI.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Trial Bill Portal UI, Characteristic Type Value is not displayed even when it has one and shows up in Database record.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Characteristic Type Value should be visible in Trial Bill Portal UI.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a Characteristic Type and include it for "Trial Bill' for Characteristic Entity.
2. Create a Trial Bill (or search for existing Trial Bill).
3. Trial Bill Portal UI shows Trial Bill details and Characteristic Type shows a Blank Value.
