Goal

Webservice connectivity not working after Weblogic upgraded from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0

Webservice connectivity is not happening from SOA middleware to C2M application post-C2M weblogic upgrade from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4.
You recently upgraded the WebLogic version from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4. .C2M (Customer To Meter) application is deployed on Weblogic. Before the upgrade, you were able to make webservice https connection to C2M weblogic from SOA middleware but after the upgrade, the same is not happening.

You are getting the below error on the SOA middleware side:
Unable to access the following endpoint(s): <DOMAIN_NAME>:443/ouaf/XAIApp/xaiserver/CM-RetQuoteRequestStatus

On the C2M Side, you are getting the below error:
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal character in local name: 'env:mustUnderstand.
