Site Name is Missing from the Discrepancies when the Subject is Randomized

Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.3.0.2 version,
the Site Name is missing from the discrepancies if the subject is randomized.
In DMW on the discrepancies page, without filtering, the discrepancy can be seen, but in the details the site and country information does not appear.
When filtering on the site, the discrepancy does not appear.
The discrepancy also does not appear when filtering on the old subject number and new subject number.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Issue a discrepancy on a non-randomized subject and run a data load - this can be any kind of query, coming from InForm or DMW.
2. Run a data load.
3. Randomize the subject in InForm - which changes the subject number.
4. Run another data load.
