Batch Run Tree shows errors

During the SIT/FAT testing, the customer observed that in CC&B 2.8.0.0.0, the BILLING Batch is showing errors in the Batch run tree. Conversely, the same BILLING scenario was executed on CC&B 2.4.0.3.0, and it does not show any errors in the Batch run tree; instead, it is creating To Do entries. It is also worth noting that CC&B 2.8.0.0.0 is also creating To Dos. The customer is interested in knowing why CC&B 2.8.0.0.0 shows errors in the Run tree while CC&B 2.4.0.3.0 does not.

Following is the exception which is similar in CC&B 2.4.0.3.0 and CC&B 2.8.0.0.0
