Symptoms
When one user navigates to the Reports > Processed ICSR Reports screen, selects Date Range = Transmission Date, then clicks on Retrieve, the following error occurs:
"Error No: 1 Description: error_1."
In the Argusvr2.log file, the below error is noted:
This issue is occurring only for one user and in one enterprise.
The standard method of clearing the cache for this user did not resolve the issue.
