Symptoms

In P6 Team Member, when a user is viewing a subordinate Resource's Timesheet as their Timesheet Approval Manager, if the user is removed as their Timesheet Approval Manager, the user cannot access their own Timesheet, even after page refresh, unless logging out and back into Team Member.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While viewing a subordinate Resource's Timesheet as their Timesheet Approval Manager, if the user is removed as their Timesheet Approval Manager, the user can still access their own Timesheet, even after page refresh.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log-on to Team Member > Timesheets as a Timesheet Approval Manager.
  2. User will see their own Timesheet.
  3. Go to Actions, Edit Resources Timesheet.
  4. Select a resource and click Log-in as subordinate resource.
  5. See that resource's Timesheet.
  6. Log-on to P6 Web.
  7. Go to Resource > Resource Administration.
  8. Highlight the resource from step #4.
  9. Click the Settings tab.
  10. Change or Remove the Timesheet Approval Manager for the resource.
  11. Go back to Team Member.
  12. Click Refresh and subordinate resource's Timesheet is still visible.
  13. User must log out and back in to Team Member to see their own Timesheet again.
