Symptoms

when user clicks on Investigation Tab, it shows a pop up notebook does not exists
steps to reproduce:

1. Access the ECM application,

2. Search for AML Case.

3. Open the case.

4. Click on Investigation hub tab.

Expected result
The note book should be opened.

Actual result
The notebook was not opened.

Error encountered.

notebook does not exists
