Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Execute the Scenario Migration Utility in studio for the ASC usecase

Step 2 : Check if notebook is created even when the "length(a.job_id) >= 9"

Issue Encountered :

User reported issue that no notebook is created under the workspacewhen utilty is run.

length(a.job_id) is having only 2 used.
