Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Execute the job ER_RUN_DATA_SURVIVAL_ENGINE in ER.

Step 2 : Check if the job is running for longer period or exceeding the expected time as earlier 

Issue Encountered :

User reported the Data survival engine job is running for long but observed the below ORA error in log.

"Error ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition at row offset".
