Agile Shows User Groups / Functional Teams Tab as Blank for Some Users (Doc ID 3017067.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to find the functional teams associated to some users, by navigating to the user's profile and then to  the "User Groups / Functional Teams" Tab, the screen goes Blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When clicking on the "User Groups / Functional Teams" Tab, the screen should not go blank.

STEP

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the web client as the user
  2. Select users Profile
  3. Click User Groups / Functional Teams Tab
