Unable To Stop the Agile Managed Server Using Stop Script (Doc ID 3017258.1)

Symptoms

The following error occurs when running script stopServerAgileManaged1.sh to stop the Agile managed server:


 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Agile application server host
  2. Go to the path <AGILE_HOME>/agileDomain/bin
  3. Stop the Agile application managed service by using stop script 'stopServerAgileManaged1.sh'
  4. It failed to stop the service.
