Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account Creation is Happening when Transaction posting fails.

When a new account is created from Salespoint the expectation is that when a transaction is included in the payload, the full account creation request should fail with the exception of an Equity Mismatch.

Transaction attempted at the CUS_EXIST_ADD_MAINT.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Account Creation should fail when Transaction posting fails.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1.Submit a transaction request with invalid input through AOB payload.
2. Verify that the transaction fails and ensure that AOB does not create an account.
3. If AOB gives the duplicate account number validation in response, then modify the account number, resubmit the request, and verify that the account creation does not occur with failed transaction.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have successful account creation in case of TXN Fails when it's done from Salespoint.
