ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When opening an SOV page from any Business Process (BP), in any project, no matter how many lines it contains, it takes over 20 seconds and as much as 35 seconds to open. Opening the SOV has always taken this long, it appears it just hadn't been reported previously.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
In other environments it seems the SOV usually takes less than 5 seconds to open and display all lines.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the Unifier environment.
- Navigate to a Project/Shell > User Mode > Cost type Business Process > Open any BP Record > Click on Menu Options > Select SOV > It is taking 15-35 seconds to open.
