Huge Number of Records Going to Delayed and No Response In ECE DC (Doc ID 3018433.1)

While processing huge number of call details records (cdr's) are going to delayed and non response in Elastic Charging Engine Distributed Cartridge(ECE DC), 

When customer is processing around 120 million cdrs in OCOMC and post aggregation ECEDC is sending approximately 7 million cdrs to ECE , out of which approximately 5 million cdrs are written in delayed or non response directories.
