How To Find Out When CDR Formatter Is Not Processing CDRs (Doc ID 3019092.1)

Goal

During performance testing, customer observed very often that cdrFormatter stops processing Call Data Records (CDRs).

Customer expects some alert in the log, so that the issue can be caught next time it happens in Production environment, which will in turn give a signal to restart cdrFormatter and process the CDRs.

How to find out without setting the log at Debug level?
