ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Intake File Screen and Intake Record Screen on Group Customer do not show all files and records
The Intake Record screen on the Group Customer does not show all the intake records for the selected intake file.
In both cases, the screens show a maximum of 10 rather than the expected number when the number of files or records is greater than 10.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All Intake Files and Records are shown when there are more than 10.
The system should display 100 rows when the user selects 100 rows from the View Rows drop-down.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA.
2. Find or Create a Group Customer with more than 10 Intake Files.
3. Navigate to that Group Customer, then to the Intake File Search Screen.
4. Observe that only 10 Intake Files are shown even when the user selects the 100 option on View Rows.
