In SIM Itemlookup Screen Getting Error For Item Search (Doc ID 3019923.1)

Symptoms

when user searching for the item getting the below error message and the issue is with few locations.


ERROR in SIM log file

Caused by: oracle.jdbc.OracleDatabaseException: ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000
 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to SIM application.
2.Select "Lookups" screen
3.select "Item Lookup"
4.search for the item .
5.It displays an error.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view item details.
