Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.28 version, Activity

Following an upgrade from v11.0.2.x to v11.3.1.28, when processing an Activity with WriteValuationElements System Business Rule,
the following message is reported:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade environment from v11.0.2.x to v11.3.1.28.
2. Locate a Policy with a Plan that has a Pending Monthaversary Activity.
3. Attempt to Process the Activity.
