Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 12.0.0.4, the Billing Care (BC) allows users to manage billing, payments, and accounts receivable for customer accounts. Billing Care provides an account view that contains functionality for performing account transactions as well as an interface for viewing and allocating suspended payments.

There is a known issue where after executing "Bill Now" functionality, the "due amount" is showed twice in the interface.
