Error 305100085: User Unable to Accept R3 Initial ICSR from ICSR Pending Screen in Argus Safety (Doc ID 3021534.1)

Symptoms

While accepting the incoming R3 ICSR Reports via Reports -> ICSR Pending screen, user encountered following error :

Error No 305100085: Unexpected Error Occurred. Error in accepting the case. Please contact System Administrator.

 
Following detailed error was logged under Utilities -> Logs -> View Error Log screen :
