Failure Response Is Produced In AIA In Case Of Fault But Not Getting Written In To AIA SAF Q (Doc ID 3021546.1)

Symptoms

Failure Response is produced in AIA service BPEL flow in case of fault but not getting written in to AIA SAF Q.

Scenario : any failure.

AIA JMS producer for producing response EBM sending to OSM : producing response EBM with fault notification included but this is not getting written in to AIA SAF Q. One paused SAF Q and tested but not happening.
This is the same behavior in case of any failures.
In case of success - no issue , there is response from EBM to OSM.

AIA = Application Integration Architecture

BPEL = Business Process Execution Language for Web Services

SAF Q = Store-and-Forward Queue

JMS = Java Message Service

EBM = Enterprise Business Messages

OMS = Oracle Communications Order and Service Management
