PIN_REL Process Is Slow On Loading The CDR In Past 3-4 Days (Doc ID 3022738.1)

Goal

Scenario:
- Customer has observed a critical performance issue in pin_rel process wherein it is slow in loading the Call Detail Record (CDR) in past 3-4 days.
- Currently Rated Event Loader (REL) is taking two files per two minute from last two days.
- Normal performance earlier, REL was taking 12 files per minute.
- Due to this there is backlog data for real time CDR in header folder. (More than 10K)

How to address this slowness?
