Symptoms

Upgrade to Argus Safety v8.4.2.

Imported E2B file to Argus and it appears in Reports > INCOMING ICSR REPORTS screen.
Reports > ICSR Pending
User accepted ICSR
Right-Click on the file > Accept ICSR
The ICSR is hung at "ICSR Accept Request Received" after accepting it.
