Symptoms
When transfers Non-Currency Resource (NCR) balance from user to shared balance via Pricing Design Center (PDC) Discount on Monthly Cycle Forward Event.
If two or more balances transfer getting clubbed in single timestamp, there is a mismatch between PIN_FLD_CURRENT_BAL and PIN_FLD_GRANTED_BAL.
