Symptoms

After Installing Compliance studio 8127, facing error while starting services,
Metaservice is failing with below error on compliance studio restart
Error Encountered: Caused by: liquibase.exception.DatabaseException: Expected single row from select PARAMVALUE from fcc_datastudio_config WHERE PARAMNAME='CB_CONFIGURED' but got 0
