Symptoms

The customer details are not populated for the cases which have only quantifind type of events

Steps to Reproduce: Access ECM case generated via CS RT alerts and check the customer details selecting the events

Actual Behavior: customer details are not getting populted

Expected Behavior: Customer details to be populated under the event when it is selected
