Goal
Given the following context:
- 12.0.0.4.0 version of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) and Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) running in two distinct environments, as following:
* ECE running in OCCNE 22.4.3 (this is about "Oracle Communications Cloud Native Core - 5G" (2.22.4)), in which ECE is running collocated with other network functions
* BRM running in private cloud
- a project to upgrade ECE and BRM (and other products in RMS stack) to 15.0 version
- versions of additional software required by ECE in OCCNE 22.4.3 are lower than version of the same software on which ECE 15.0 has been certified (details in table below)
- versions of additional software required by BRM in Private Cloud are lower than version of the same software on which BRM 15.0 has been certified (details in table below)
