Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace

Inactivity automatically logout issue when the computer goes to sleep mode before the timeout reached.  A user is not logged out automatically after the inactivity.timeout setting expires.

In the CentricityTool.properties
Setting is  inactivity.timeout=43200 (12 hours)
For users that have the PC sleep set to Never, then NMS will auto logout the client.

If a user's PC sleeps, then the user is not automatically logged out regardless of the inactivity.timeout setting

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The user would be automatically logged out after the amount of time set with inactivity.timeout.
