Ability to Configure an Automated Email Trigger in Argus Workflow When Routing is From Specific Workflows Only. (Doc ID 3023491.1)

Goal


It is possible to configure an e-mail to be triggered from Argus when a case is routed to a specific workflow step e.g. Case Finalization.

Per: Setup Email Notification for Workflow transition (Doc ID 2883055.1)

When this is configured in Argus Workflow, an automated email with the following body: "Case TEST-XX-2024-000012 is routed from state XXX to state Case Finalization."

This functionality is working as expected.

However, there is a requirement to receive an email only when the case is routed from one specific workflow state to another e.g.  'Sponsor Approval' to 'Case Finalization'.

When the case is routed from any other workflow to 'Case Finalization', an automated email should not be triggered.
