Cannot Override Workflow Due Date (Doc ID 3023721.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After enabling the option to override the workflow due date, the system-defined data element (due_date) does not allow the user to modify the due date at any step.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The user should be able to override the due date to extend it by more than 14 days.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Open the Workflow.
  3. Attempt to change the system-defined data element (due_date) to any date more than 14 days from the current date.
  4. Observe the issue.
