Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login as CS Admin

Step 2 : Open Queue section 

Step 3 : Check if the queue count is correct.

Issue Encountered :

User reported issue with CS queue as below

when we access to the queues in CS, we see the queues as 0 or with a number
