Goal

The FSI_MASTER_DEPENDENCY_DETAILS table contains interest rate codes (IRC) that are no longer used in Transfer Pricing (TP) rules.  Have noticed there is a field named EV_IRC_CD in fsi_m_transfer_price_rule table however that is holding on to the old IRC code but there does not seem to be a way update it in the user interface (UI). The rule was recently updated for other currencies but some of the old ones are stuck in the FSI_MASTER_DEPENDENCY_DETAILS. Currently attempting to archive off and delete some of the IRC codes that are no longer in use so looking for information on how to update transfer pricing rules to eliminate references to old IRCs.

What is the EV_IRC_CODE field in FSI_M_TRANSFER_PRICE_RULE used for that seems to be storing an old interest_rate_cd.  The field does not appear to be in available in the UI. What is it used for?
Can this field be safely set to null if it is not used?
