Symptoms

AutoVue server is installed on Linux and when attempting to view certain pdf file attachments with AutoVue for Agile an error is displayed in the AutoVue window.

Steps to reproduce
1. Log into Web client.
2. Open the object with a pdf file attachment.
3. View the pdf file attachment with AutoVue for Agile.
4. Error shown "Unsupported File Format"
