Functionality Of "Last Comment" Within Case Search And Results (Doc ID 3024182.1)

Goal

For a Case on ECM - we need confirmation as to how we can include the actual last comments updated within a case to appear under the "Last Comment" field when the Case is listed under Case Search and Results.

Right now it appears that the "Last Comment" column under Case Search and List only shows the comment that is entered on the screen where the status of a case has changed. We need to be able to see ANY last comment entered within a case to appear under the "Last Comment" field.
