Symptoms

Errors in the pin_rel run since the migration to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12 Patch Set (PS)8 (110 occurrences in 2 weeks).
The error message  in the logs:

- Error in getting billinfo where bal_grp_poid
- Error in selecting billinfo from bal_grp_t where balgrp poid is...
==> The billinfo in the bal_grp_t table for the given poid and this billinfo is correctly found in billinfo_t table.

- Failed to create item for account xxx, event poid is xxx, i_bal_imp_rec_item_obj_db is 3, i_evt_bal_imp_rec_balgrp_poid is xxx, i_evt_bal_imp_rec_item_type is /item/usage/abo_roaming_data
==> The event poid is not found in event_t

ORA-20001: ERROR while getting schema name
==> As this one is encrypted, it's difficult to investigate there.
